Controller and Data Subject
The controller of personal data is the company operating this website and the booking service.

The data subject is a natural person who has provided their personal data to the controller based on a lease agreement, purchase agreement, service contract, or another agreement concluded with the controller, or based on consent to personal data processing when subscribing to newsletters sent by the controller. The controller processes personal data of data subjects for the purpose of fulfilling contracts, complying with legal obligations, and for direct marketing, offers, and information about the hotel and its activities. The controller takes care to protect the privacy of data subjects and therefore processes only personal data that are strictly necessary for the defined purposes.

Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

  • For personal data processed based on consent: stored for 10 years unless the consent is withdrawn earlier.

Withdrawal of Consent
If a data subject has given consent to personal data processing, they may withdraw their consent at any time free of charge. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on the consent given before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the controller processes on another legal basis (e.g., fulfilling a contract, legal obligation, etc.).
