Cookie Policy
Cookies are small amounts of data that our servers send to your computer, enabling better use of our servers and tailoring their content to your needs.
Almost every website in the world uses cookies. Cookies increase the user-friendliness of repeatedly visited websites, and are therefore useful for you. If you use the same computer and the same internet browser to visit our website, cookies help your computer remember the visited pages and your site settings.
Through our website, cookies from advertising system operators that are used on our site may also be stored on your computer. As part of remarketing, our company also uses Google systems. We use remarketing data solely for the purpose of segmenting visitors in order to deliver more relevant advertising messages. Segments are created based on several general patterns of visitor behavior.
Standard web browsers (Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) support cookie management. Within browser settings, you can manually delete, block, or completely disable cookies, or allow/block them only for specific websites. For more detailed information, please use your browser’s help section. If your browser allows cookies, we will assume that you agree with the use of standard cookies from our servers.
We do not use cookies for any purposes other than purely technical ones, we do not combine the data obtained through them with any other data, and we handle cookies in such a way that they do not allow the identification of specific individuals.
There are temporary cookies and permanent cookies. Temporary cookies are stored on your computer only until the browser is closed. Temporary cookies allow storing information when moving from one web page to another and eliminate the need to repeatedly enter certain data. Permanent cookies help identify your computer when you revisit our website, but they in no way allow us to personally identify you. Permanent cookies allow us to adapt our website to your interests, but we cannot personally identify you, and the data is stored completely anonymously and not linked to any other data.

This Website Uses Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies. Information about your use of the website, along with the contents of the cookie, will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also provide this information to third parties where required by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
Google Analytics is extended with related advertising features provided by Google, namely: display network impression reports, remarketing (displaying ads across the content network based on viewed products), and enhanced demographic reports (reporting of anonymous demographic data).
How to disable Google Analytics tracking
If you do not want to provide anonymous data about your website usage to Google Analytics, you can use the plugin provided by Google. Once installed in your browser and activated, data will no longer be sent.
More information about data processing and use can be found in Google’s terms of service.
Personal Data Processing Policy
Controller and Data Subject
The controller of personal data is the company operating this website and the booking service.
The data subject is a natural person who has provided their personal data to the controller based on a lease agreement, purchase agreement, service contract, or another agreement concluded with the controller, or based on consent to personal data processing when subscribing to newsletters sent by the controller. The data subject may also be a natural person whose personal data the controller has obtained from other lawful sources.
Scope of Personal Data Processing
The controller processes personal data to the extent provided by the data subjects, or to the extent the controller obtains them from other lawful sources. These include: name, surname, email, and phone number.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing – General Consent
The controller processes personal data of data subjects for the purpose of fulfilling contracts concluded between the data subject and the controller, either through electronic remote communication or in writing, compliance with legal obligations, and for the purpose of direct marketing (i.e., offering the controller’s products and services), including sending commercial communications under Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services. The controller sends commercial communications only if the data subject subscribed to newsletters and gave additional consent for personal data processing for marketing purposes.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing – Marketing Consent
The controller processes personal data of data subjects for the purpose of fulfilling contracts, complying with legal obligations, and for direct marketing, offers, and information about the hotel and its activities. The data subject has the option to unsubscribe from newsletters easily and free of charge.
Necessity of Processing
The controller takes care to protect the privacy of data subjects and therefore processes only personal data that are strictly necessary for the defined purposes.
Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
The legal basis for processing carried out for direct marketing purposes is the data subject’s consent or the controller’s legitimate interest (obtaining electronic contact in connection with the sale of the controller’s product or service under Act No. 480/2004 Coll.).
In other cases, the legal basis is the fulfillment of a contract, protection of the controller’s legitimate interests (protection of property, enforcement of contractual rights in court, etc.), and compliance with legal obligations.
Data Retention Period
- For personal data processed for the purpose of fulfilling a contract: stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and for an additional 10 years (considering the limitation period for claims for damages).
- For personal data processed for legal obligations: stored for the period required by legal regulations.
- For personal data processed based on consent: stored for 10 years unless the consent is withdrawn earlier.
Withdrawal of Consent
If a data subject has given consent to personal data processing, they may withdraw their consent at any time free of charge. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on the consent given before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the controller processes on another legal basis (e.g., fulfilling a contract, legal obligation, etc.).
Access to Personal Data
Access to personal data is granted to the controller and possibly also to third parties – recipients who provide appropriate guarantees and whose processing meets the requirements of applicable laws, ensuring adequate protection of the rights of data subjects.
